Outpatient pathway

An endocrinology visit comes first. The outpatient pathway is arranged with an endocrinologist of Endocrinology at Cisanello, after a visit in our clinics (visit with the National Health Service) or privately with one of our doctors (private visit). If you are not yet followed by us, the first step is to book this visit.

How the services work

  • Services take place on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 to 16:30; on Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
  • At registration, the patient is entered into the computer system with their personal and clinical details.
  • An initial clinical examination follows, to reach a first diagnosis and decide which tests are needed. It takes place on the same day.
  • The test results are entered into the computer system and remain available for follow-up visits.
